This work consists of the construction of a new dock (Pier X) and an extension of the existing dock (Pier IX).

New Dock Pier X
Main dock platform is 594’ long by 57’ 6” founded on 36” dia. Prestressed concrete cylinder pile with cast-in-place pile caps, pre-cast slabs with cast-in-place topping and curbs and installation of 171# crane rail and fenders.

Mooring Dolphins
3 each founded on 36” dia. prestressed concrete cylinder pile and cast-in-place concrete dolphin with associated walkway.

Turning Dolphin
1 each founded on 36” dia. steel pipe pile x 36” dia. prestressed concrete cylinder pile and cast-in-place concrete cap and associated fenders and walkways.

Access Trestle to Main Deck
412’ 6” long trestle founded on 36” dia. prestressed concrete cylinder pile with cast-in-place concrete caps.The access trestle roadway consists of associated girders, precast slabs and cast-in-place curbs.

Extension of Existing Dock Pier IX
Founded on 36” dia. steel pipe pile and 36” dia. prestressed concrete cylinder pile with cast-in-place concrete caps, precast slabs, and cast-in-place topping and curbs with mooring bollards and fenders and installation of 175# crane rail.

Paula Sidlowski

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Paula has been Chief Financial Officer at Mclean since 2016, and has over 35 years of financial experience in project focused industries.

She is responsible for all financial and accounting functions, as well as human resources and information technology across all divisions of the Company.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Global Management Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration.

Cory Heisey

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Mr. Heisey has gained over 35 years of experience in the heavy/marine/bridge construction industry while working for McLean Contracting Company in various capacities. In his current position as Chief Operating Officer, Cory has P/L responsibility for the Company’s construction division, including company-wide planning and oversight of McLean’s construction operations, project selection and planning decisions during the pursuit stage, and oversite of the Company’s equipment department. Cory is a registered Professional Engineer and received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1986.
