McLean was a major subcontractor on this challenging project for the City of Virginia Beach. McLean’s subcontract included the installation of 1,784 feet of 48” prestressed concrete pipe into the Atlantic Ocean and the installation of 220 ton precast concrete outfall structure at the end of the pipeline.
