Mike Hart
President & CEO
As President and CEO, Mike has overall responsibility for the performance of the Company. He has over 35 years of experience in the Heavy Civil/Heavy Industrial and Marine construction fields, spending half his career in the field, and half in leadership & management. Mike has a degree in Engineering of Mines from West Virginia University.
Cory Heisey
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Mr. Heisey has gained over 39 years of experience in the heavy/marine/bridge construction industry while working for McLean Contracting Company in various capacities. In his current position as Chief Operating Officer, Cory has P/L responsibility for the Company’s operating divisions, including company-wide planning and oversight of McLean’s construction/dredge/dive operations, project selection and planning decisions during the pursuit stage, and oversight of the Company’s equipment department. Cory is a registered Professional Engineer and received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1986.
Cynthia Wray
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Wray is a financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with over 25+ years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. She brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
As the Chief Financial Officer with McLean Contracting, she has led initiatives to streamline financial operations, improve forecasting and budgeting accuracy, and support long-term capital planning for large-scale infrastructure projects. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and maintaining financial discipline amid a complex regulatory environment.
Ms. Wray holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Salisbury University and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Maryland Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
