DredgingPort Miami Cruise Terminal H Dredging
Owner : PortMiami
Location : Miami-Dade County (FL)

McLean Contracting performed mechanical dredging of nearly 80,000 cubic yards of material for Suffolk Construction on this New Cruise Terminal facility that opened in late
2021. Also known as Terminal “V”, this state-of-the-art facility serves as Virgin Cruise Lines’ port-of-call in Miami. With dredge limits extending from the new bulkhead to the shipping channel, McLean safely performed this project within a turbidity curtain and in a waterway that sees steady commercial and pleasure craft traffic. Several thousand cubic yards of the dredge material was hard limestone that required pretreatment prior to removal.
