Our wire saw team assisted with layout, cutting, rigging, and lifting out of large pier sections that became part of Maryland’s Fish Reef Program in the upper Chesapeake Bay. We removed a total of 10,084 tons. 43 spans from the bottom pier deck and 26 spans from the upper deck. All heavy lifts were conducted using approved designed rigging and McLean whirley cranes.
